The author was mentored by Sir John Templeton, a famous investor from a previous generation, and he started his investing career at age twelve.
In the UK he spotted Buy-to-Let five years before the banks and mortgage companies latched onto the scheme, and he wrote the first book on the subject in 1992. The Ultimate Real Estate Guide is The third edition of that book.
Later he advised his clients to buy £5,000 worth of bitcoin and place it into a pension scheme. At the time one bitcoin could be bought for $282. That pension pot is currently worth over $2 million.
